Frequently asked questions

Can I start for free?

Yes: up to 7,000 events per month, no card required. Beyond that, your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial.

I don't use Stripe: does it work?

Yes. Send each sale to the payment API with an API key and the visitor ID. With no payments connected at all, you still get every traffic statistic.

Do I need to connect Google Search Console?

No, it's optional. Link a Google account with read-only access from the site settings: data is imported daily, with Google's own 2 to 3-day delay. Without Search Console, Google stays a channel like any other in your stats.

Can I query my analytics from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Moka is an MCP server: add its URL to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any compatible agent, then authorize access from Moka. The agent reads your aggregated analytics, read-only, and you can remove access at any time under Account → AI agents.

How many sites can I track?

As many as you like: every plan includes unlimited sites, and the event quota covers all your sites together.

What happens if I go over my quota?

Collection continues up to 150% of your plan's quota, then stops until the next month or until you change plans.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from your account, in a few clicks and without giving a reason. During the trial, nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends.
